With unmatched confidence, unnecessary supervision, pure stubbornness, and exclusive access to the payroll account, Bobby Fool plays an important role in keeping things organized, productive, and unpredictable. Despite constant workplace confusion, daily chaos, and management decisions that nobody fully understands, he somehow continues to maintain complete control of the shop.
